Cleo Weekly Update 14

As usual, a busy week at Cleo. Despite summer being here, it seems things aren’t slowing down. This week, Jason was invited to deliver a presentation on behalf of Cleo to a select group of investors at the GDA International Investor Demo Day Q2 2023.

It gave us the chance to review our sales pitch. Something we’ve paid careful attention to is the way we describe Cleo. We realised we’ve been framing Cleo within the programmes we’re delivering, like Marketing for Good, Sports for Good, Schools for Good and the upcoming Art for Good. While that’s great for individual audiences interested in those solutions, we wanted a more concise way to describe Cleo to new audiences who are learning about us for the first time.

With that in mind, we’ve given the pitch a bit of new polish and worked on a refreshed value proposition for Cleo. Here goes:

Cleo digitizes social and environmental impact by turning good deeds into unique digital assets.

So, what does this mean?

Leveraging blockchain technology, we ensure transparency and irrefutable proof of execution, empowering individuals and organizations to create, track, and showcase their contributions towards a better world.

Three critical elements of Cleo’s value proposition are:

  1. Digitization of the good deed: Cleo transforms tangible environmental and social contributions into digital assets, bringing a traditionally analog process into the digital realm.

  2. Asset Ownership: Users receive a digital proof of their contribution, which can be collected, displayed, or even traded, giving their actions a lasting and tangible digital presence.

  3. Blockchain Transparency: By using blockchain technology, Cleo guarantees the execution of these ‘good deeds’, providing an immutable, transparent record of impact. This brings a high degree of trust and accountability into the process.

Cleo’s unique blend of these elements creates a platform where positive impact is not only incentivized but also made measurable, shareable and verifiable, thus aligning with the digital-first mindset of modern consumers and organisations.

Anyway, here’s the pitch in its full glory. Jason wanted to run back through it fresh from the GDA forum. He’s also giving some great updates around the latest initiatives we’ve been focused on too.
